Tree Diagrams.

A tree chart is a graph that shows the tasks that must be completed to achieve a goal. In particular, the chart focuses on a goal defined on the basis of small goals and appropriate actions to achieve that goal. Tree charts, also known as system diagrams, are an application of methods derived from functional analysis in value engineering (Value Engineering). The method starts from setting goals and then building strategies to achieve that goal. Tree charts are classified into two categories: strategy formulation or building elements according to the intended use. Create a strategic system to solve problems or measures to achieve goals in a systematic and logical way, so do not miss essential issues. Create consensus among team members.
